Our client, a leading food company, is seeking a Sanitation Group Lead to join their team. As a Sanitation Group Lead, you will be part of the Sanitation Department supporting the overall operational excellence of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sanitation Group Lead
**Location:** Torrance, CA
**Pay Range:** $23.00 per hour
**Shift:** 5 Days per week, 8.0 Hours per shift
**What's the Job?**
+ Disassemble and set up all production equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning using COP and CIP systems.
+ Verify the proper cleaning and set-up of all equipment, and maintain accurate documentation on CIP logs.
+ Take inventory of sanitation supplies and utilize bioluminescence technology for system verification.
+ Perform tasks according to the plant Master Cleaning Schedule and troubleshoot sanitation equipment as needed.
+ Train new associates on essential skill sets for Environmental Operations and maintain a safe work area.

+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
+ Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
+ Basic troubleshooting skills for sanitation equipment.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
