Job Title: Sandblaster Paint Sprayer
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for sandblasting and prepping parts for various customers and applications. This role primarily involves sandblasting and preparing materials for the paint line and finish work.

ResponsibilitiesPerform sandblasting and paint preparation tasks for industrial parts.Ensure parts are properly prepped for the paint line and finish work.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow procedures and guidelines to ensure quality outcomes.Meet production deadlines and schedules.Essential SkillsExperience in sandblasting and paint preparation.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Excellent attendance record.Experience in painting, industrial painting, or powder coating.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior sandblasting experience preferred; willing to train motivated individuals.Coachable and willing to follow procedures and guidelines.Commitment to reliability and consistent attendance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Join an industrial paint and coatings shop working on a variety of outsourced parts for industrial equipment. Available shifts include 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
