Title: Salesforce SDET

Location: Frisco, TX / Bellevue, WA - (Onsite - 5/day)

We are seeking a highly skilled SDET with a strong background in Salesforce testing, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or TOSCA.Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce features and customizations.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, triggers, and APIs.Ensure test coverage for both standard Salesforce functionality and custom Apex code.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience as an SDET or QA Engineer.2+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA, UFT, or similar).Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.Familiarity with Salesforce data model, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.Strong understanding of QA methodologies and Agile development practices.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.Experience in Telecom industry.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
