Job Description An employer is looking for a Remote Salesforce Program Manager. Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud, from discovery through go-live. Cross-Functional Integration: Oversee complex integration projects involving Sage Intacct and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment between CRM and ERP systems. Agile Governance: Serve as a Scrum Master within the Scrum framework, managing the product backlog in Jira. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with executive leadership, ensuring project transparency, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational KPIs. Process Optimization: Refine Agile methodologies to improve delivery velocity and quality across distributed technical teams. Skills and Requirements 10+ years in Project/Program Management; 6+ years specifically dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem. Certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator (Optional) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI--PMP (Must Have). Technical Depth Hands-on experience with managing Salesforce CPQ & Billing or Other relevant QTC tool, Experience Cloud, and large-scale ERP integrations (NetSuite/Sage Intacct). Tools Mastery of Jira for project tracking and Agile ceremonies. Methodology Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the SDLC. The Bridge Builder: Translate that "Business-to-Developer" communication skill into a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS Systemic Thinker: You don't just see a Salesforce ticket; you see how a change in CPQ impacts revenue recognition in Salesforce. Adaptability: Comfortable leading through ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
