Our client in the Financial Services Industry is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join their team. You will be part of the Commercial Operations team, which plays a vital role in supporting a global Commercial organization. Must have extensive experience in Salesforce implementation / Strategy projects. The team is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives, managing audit action plans, and enhancing operational efficiency. With a focus on collaboration across various functions, the team ensures effective communication and alignment on key projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a min. of 4 - 5 years’ experience to join our team. Must have prior and recent Salesforce implementation experience. This role will primarily support various projects related to internal audit, focusing on three key themes: Data Governance and Quality, Compliance, and Pricing Governance and Oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion. Responsibilities • Lead and manage project planning, execution, and monitoring for internal initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and action items. • Create training and workshops to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. • Create communication plans for change management and keeping teams informed. • Ensure compliance with governance standards and practices throughout project execution. • Support the development of processes and tools to improve data quality and governance. • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management. What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree Required in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in Salesforce project management, preferably with complex, large-scale projects. ​​​​• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
