Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

SFMC Consultant/Technical Architect:

·       Expert in SFMC configurations (custom & OOTB), SSJS, SQL, and building complex multi‑system integration.

·       Experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP for personalization and scalable journeys.

·       Hands‑on with data modeling, APIs, customer segmentation, and integrating SFMC with CRM and external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS)

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define personalization strategies and customer journeys.

·       Ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and data platforms.

·       Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Troubleshoot and optimize performance across personalization campaigns; and MC platforms

·       Do configuration work and align with QA on best testing strategy; follow deployment best practices.

Required Skills:

·       5 years and above experience required in SFMC.

·       Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud – custom and OOTB configurations and integrations.

·       Important to have SF Data Cloud/ CDP experience

·       Hands-on experience with SSJS, SQL and configuring complex solutions, along with integrations - OOTB with Salesforce and custom with tech stacks such as AWS.

·       Experience in designing scalable personalization solutions.

·       Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and customer segmentation; SF Data cloud.

·       Nice to have: Interaction Studio (Personalization).

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
