The Enterprise CRM Solutions team was created in 2024 as part of the company’s Framework for Winning. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency. The Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Solutions (ECRMS) team creates solutions for the Sales and Customer Domain via respective platforms by harnessing the power of Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to offer powerful selling and re-selling engines to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships for Sales, Account Development, and Marketers across the Enterprise.

How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to a wide variety of clients at the enterprise level. You will develop Salesforce solutions spanning across larger, cross-platform sales projects and/or co-owns the entire project/solution design in those instances where Salesforce is implemented.
We are looking for a Salesforce engineer with a strong foundation, which you can demonstrate through a combination of formal education, self-learning, own projects or a formal working experience. If you are not willing to learn and write code, then this is not the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, tests, and debugs Salesforce software applications and systemsCompletes software builds through consistent development practices, including the use of tools, common components, and documentation with guidance from peers and leadersCompletes code reviews and automated testing to maintain high-quality code standards with guidance from peers and leadersSupports and monitors software across test, integration, and production environmentsAdheres to security and regulatory best practices to ensure software complianceCollaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or comparable experienceMinimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce developmentCertifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Developer, Sales Cloud consultant6+ years of experience on an agile development team using a Salesforce technologies (Apex/Java/C#/Scala/Python/Go)Experience in participating in discovery, definition and solutioning complex requirements for a minimum of 6 cloud engagementsMultiple Salesforce implementations (1+ preferred)Strong knowledge and prior experience in implementing Sales cloud, Service cloud and SFDXExperience implementing 1+ customer community and 1+ partner communityHands on Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, JavaScript based frameworks like React/Angular, and UI FrameworksStrong knowledge of Application, data security and finance related compliance standardsStrong knowledge of microservices, Function as a Service, RESTful API developmentEnterprise scale engineering experience (Industry standard build/test/deploy tools, e.g., Git, Bitbucket, SVN, Stack overflow, Jenkins, Maven, XLR, Jacoco, JMeter, Copado, Circle ci)Knowledge of distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, NoSQL and relational databasesKnowledge of the core tools used in the planning, analyzing, crafting, building, testing, configuring, and maintaining of assigned application(s)Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
