Location: Remote EST

Salary: 125-140K

Position Description:

* Serve as a self-directed Salesforce Developer contributing to full end‑to‑end development during a critical project phase.
* Develop and enhance solutions within Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Knowledge to support a multiyear Contact Center migration.
* Conduct integration and smoke testing to ensure quality and performance.
* Collaborate closely with QA teams to support both manual and automated testing efforts.

Required Skills:

Salesforce Development Certifications that can be verified.4+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (approximately 50 percent of the role)Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrationsExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud is requiredTroubleshooting experience (approximately 20 percent of the role)A well-rounded Salesforce skill set is preferred; candidates do not need to have all of the following, but the more the better: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce security model, Salesforce data model, Expertise with Salesforce Flows, Visual Flows, Flow Triggers, and Validation Rules, Experience with AppExchange products
