We are seeking a Salesforce Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and programs ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. You will report to the Head of Delivery and Governance within our practice. The ideal candidate will already be doing a similar role, will come with extensive expertise in Salesforce, a blend of technical ability, whilst demonstrating exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and delivery across global teams, a client centric and creative mindset in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

\tProvide leadership and management for client delivery projects\tSolid experience in managing Salesforce projects.\tGood understanding of core Salesforce functionalities.\tKnowledge of one or more Salesforce clouds.\tProject oversight, manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.\tManages individual projects or smaller project portfolios.\tLeads project teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts. \tEnsures timely delivery of projects within budget and scope. \tFocuses on tactical execution and operational efficiency.\tTeam leadership, build and nurture high-performance teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.\tClient collaboration, working closely with clients to understand their needs, communicate project progress, and manage expectations.\tRisk management, identify potential risks in projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.\tLeading the overall delivery team to deliver the Salesforce solution which could be across multiple Clouds (i.e. Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Revenue Cloud....)\tLead effective agile/scrum teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions\tEnsuring that the solution accurately reflects and meets the defined expectations of the business\tIdentify and confirm risks/issues and appropriately manages and develops mitigating approaches\tFollow and understand new Salesforce product and capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions\tManage the detailed level of effort estimates and translation to commercials for proposed solutions\tCoach and mentor team members\tSupport in interviewing prospective candidates What experience you'll bring: \tExtensive experience (typically 6+ years) across delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem\tA minimum of 3 years in managing medium to large-scale Salesforce projects or programs.\tProven track record of collaborating and managing global teams\tSalesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.\tManagement Skills: Proven ability to manage project and collaborate alongside cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.\tCommunication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and clients.\tAnalytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project execution\tTools and Process: Familiarity with commercial models, agile methodologies and project management principles.\tSalesforce certifications across the 360 are highly desirable.\tAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\tA proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering client valueWho we are:
