Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior CRM Reporting Analyst to sit at the intersection of data, analytics, and business operations to join the team. This individual will survey the current landscape and form a strategic plan to optimize sales and business goals. D2D: 80%: understanding business needs in Salesforce 20%: educating Business Intelligence team on discoveries / proposing solutions -Build and maintain Salesforce reports for sales, marketing, and customer success teams -Develop Tableau dashboards (pull SF data into Tableau) -Build dashboards that visualize KPIs, trends, and performance metrics -Analyze business performance and provide recommendations -Partner with cross functional teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements -Support ad-hoc data requests -Document metrics and dashboards -Participate in system or process improvements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud: understands native reporting capabilities -Strong ability to build reports, understand objects/fields, and navigate Salesforce models -3-5+ years of experience in Tableau: creating dashboards, blending data, building visualizations -Business intelligence mindset: turning raw data into insights, spotting trends, and understanding metrics -Stakeholder management experience: explaining data insights to technical and non-technical teams (sales, marketing, leadership) -Ability to attend discovery sessions with sales organization
