Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, a Salesforce developer turns architecture blueprints into functional, high performing, and secure applications that meets agency’s needs. **Mandatory Qualifications:** + More than 7 years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Automation Engineer + More than 7 years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g. Service Cloud, Data Cloud , CRM/Case Management etc). + More than 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business process and case management processes. **Desirable Qualifications:** + 6 months of experience in integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms). + 1 year of experience in Salesforce data model and security model + 6 months of experience in configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. + 6 months of experience in configuring case management for public sector. + Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certificate.
