Insurity’s Next Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for providing day‑to‑day support and administration of the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on tier‑1 and tier‑2 user support. This includes handling user requests, managing user access and security, performing basic configuration (such as page layouts, fields, and reports/dashboards), and helping maintain data quality and integrity. The role will work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues, fulfill enhancement requests, and ensure that Salesforce reliably supports core business operations. This position is not intended to lead major Salesforce projects but will assist more senior Salesforce team members by testing changes, documenting processes, and implementing well‑defined configuration updates.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for solving business challenges through technology. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable working with stakeholders across departments, and possess strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language. A collaborative team player with leadership qualities, who enjoys mentoring others and fostering growth within the team, will fit perfectly. They should balance technical depth with practical business needs and have a mindset for continuous improvement. Please note that this candidate should be able to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
What Our Salesforce Administrator Will Do
