Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce supports business processes efficiently and scales with organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settingsConfigure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reportsManage data quality through data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplicationCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-makingSupport end users through training, documentation, and troubleshootingCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutionsManage system updates, releases, and sandbox environmentsEnsure platform compliance with data governance, security, and best practicesCoordinate with developers, consultants, and vendors when advanced customization is required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science .3- 4 years of hands-on experience administering SalesforceSalesforce Administrator Certification required.Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionality and best practices.Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, etc..)Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data management tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce Lightning ExperienceFamiliarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing CloudBasic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and integrations.
