Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skillsProvide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfactionPartner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver an effective training and development program designed to enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills associated with any of our sales motionsAnalyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territoriesOversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of provided trainingTrack the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment toolsCollaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems to achieve a superior customer experienceMaintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developedMaintain high level of knowledge and understanding about the client, customer interaction, and evolving business environment for relevant training content creation and/or deliveryHelp create a culture of continuous learning where individuals take responsibility for their own development, competence, and performanceThis is a Hybrid model role with working hours M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pmQualifications:
Fluency in English – both written and spokenPrior success in achievement in individual and/or team sales quota/goalsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.Able to develop relationships and communicate with higher level technical staffAdvanced problem solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.Advanced problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office programsExcellent communication skills (verbal, written)Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar CRM required would be considered an advantageSubject matter expert and proven leader within peer groupPrior experience in high volume calling preferredAbility to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audienceDetail-oriented and proficient communication skillsProven success in the management of multiple priorities effectivelyWhat we offer:
