You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.

How you will contribute

You will:

Supervise 2-person sales analyst team to ensure completeness of all goals/tasks/projects in quickly changing environmentDevelop complex BI reporting solutions using BI tools - MS SQL Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) in line with FMCG business needsContinuous improvement of local sales systems and tools (MS Excel VBA) to drive business effectives and process management decomplexifyManage and supervise administration of SQL server and SQL Data WarehouseMaintenance and management of data flow processes between systems and reporting solutionsProvide end users with high quality support incl. trainings connected to reporting solutions and sales systemsLocal projects coordination and support in the implementation of all global initiatives concerning sales systems and sales business processesClose cooperation with 3rd party service providers on business issues and systems developmentSupport sales management in all sales-related data/analysis and business decisions processesSearching for new BI solutions opportunities to ensure Sales organization growth

Qualifications:

Broad understanding of BI - from data capture to information deliveryVery good knowledge and usage experience of MS BI tools (MS SQL Server: SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)Very good knowledge of MS Office - Excel (including VBA)Experience in designing reporting solutions in Power BiTeam management and projects coordination proven work experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh organizational skills and a proactive approach to dutiesData driven mindset and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilitiesTeam player, open-mindedAbility to work under time pressure and deal with complexityProven work experience 3-5 years in analysis department, system solutions implementations or similar positionsUniversity degree preferable: Computer Science, Econometrics or similarFluent Polish and very good English

Optional:

Knowledge of FMCG market and sales business processes would be an advantage
