This Position reports to:

Sales Support Manager

 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Sales Support function within Automation Energy Industries in SSA. Main stakeholders are Sales, Operations, external Customers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Preparing Full Cost Models, Techno-Commercial writeups, Tender deliverables to support Sales Offerings to various Clients.Performing cost analyses to determine the optimal target price for complex Sales Offerings.Collaborate across all departments - Sales/Engineering/Legal/Supply Chain/Tax/Project Management & PlanningEnsuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines to exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications for the role You enjoy working with Full Cost Models, Pricing Tools, writing offer documents, Schedules in Power Generation, Water, Oil & Gas, Food and Beverage marketAbility to demonstrate your experience in Automation/Electrical products.You have 2 years of experience in a Sales Support function.Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications.You are highly motivated and are able to work independently and collaboratively.B-Tech in Electrical Engineering Degree.ECSA registration will be advantageous.You are at ease communicating in English (spoken and written).Assumes full accountability to allocated tasks.
