What We Need: The Sales Support Representative provides critical assistance throughout the sales cycle. They serve as the primary link between the sales team, the customer, and internal departments like Finance and Logistics. By managing processing complex orders, and maintaining the CRM, they ensure that the sales pipeline moves efficiently and that customers receive professional, timely service after a sale is closed. What You'll Be Doing: + Act as the primary resource for our sales team, assisting with the identification and successful implementation of products in new or complex customer applications + Provide timely responses via multiple communication platforms + Explain product features, pricing, shipping policies, or warranty terms clearly and accurately + Maintain Brady policies while maintaining a positive customer relationship + Log details of every interaction, including the issue, the resolution, and any follow-up needed and executing necessary actions + Identify patterns and report them to management or the sales team What You Will Need To Be Successful: + High school diploma or equivalent is required + Strong relationship building skills + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs + Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Experience working with SAP or equivalent operating system + Experience working with CRM Systems + Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing concepts, preferred + Experience with Salesforce or Nice Mpower technology platforms, preferred #LI-KB1 About Us: Who we are:Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
