Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the business KPIs through reviewing a variety of reports against committed SLA with clients/sales teams with moderate level of complexityAssess growth requirement for the team members’ technical knowledge to support the business needRun frequent management meetings to keep the Sales Support members up to date on the business climate. Join team huddles to motivate, support and reinforce messages to the Sales Support Specialists.Lead internal and external operational reviews and alignment meetings with internal and external clients/sales counterparts to drive desired business outcomesProvide periodical updates and resolve escalations with internal and/or external clients/sales counterpartsEffectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure varying customer expectations are metLead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional team(s) and managementHybrid role, working hours - M/F from 9:00-18:00


 

Required Qualifications:

Fluency in English - both written and spokenProven ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate competing deadlinesAbility to multi-task in a high-volume transactional environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically, intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsMicrosoft Dynamics CRM or comparable CRM systems experienceProven strong people management, leadership, and coaching skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externallyStrong understanding of client environmentsPrior ability to direct specific tasks through prescribed processes, as well as identify, document, and implement improvements
