Sales Support Executive Finland (Maternity Cover)

Please note: This position is a maternity cover and is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for one year.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in the sales team. You will make sure that the basic product and campaign communication internally and with our customers is optimized. You  make sure together with Key account managers that we are seen as customer centric by our customers and we can fully exploit the potential of our customer portfolio. You ensure that all databases and tools are updated with the correct data and information. You support the sales team with wide range of tasks. What are we looking for?

We expect you to have working knowledge of the retail trade and its working practices. We believe that you drive for results and are action-oriented, while also being customer oriented. You are well organized and can manage our stakeholders within sales, while also coordinate different tasks and leverage their insights. You have great communication skills and positive mindset, while also have strong attention to details.

Ideally You are/have:

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field

Fluent in Finnish & English

Advanced in MS Office

Analytical Skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

Support the sales department, mainly Key Account Manager team

Assortment and listings updates and data coordination in relation to internal and external stake holders

Price List Maintenance

Pricing coordination between Key account managers, Marketing, Category Management, Customer service and Finance

Maintenance of databases towards internal stakeholders and our customers, checking novelties and other reports, e.g. listings, pricing, assortment, guides, catalogue

Internal sales reporting tools

Filing of Sales Contracts

Campaign and promotion evaluation

Purchase Order creation and support, new vendor creation

Coordination and distribution of sales material, novelty samples to chain customers

Support with practical organization of national sales meetings and other Sales related meetings

Send images and photo samples to the customers by request

Data analysis and projects

Customer media and activation support to KAMs (fairs, media, POS material)

Assist KAMs with sell in pages and customer presentations
