About the Role
Join our dynamic Industrial Brokerage team as a Sales Support Coordinator!
This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow. You will provide advanced administrative, operational, research, and executive support, ensuring the team’s efficiency and success in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Sales Support Coordinator should regularly exercise confidentiality, discretion and independent judgement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Brokerage Support Functions:
+ Assist in the development and management of listing documentation, offers, RFIs, RFPs, BOVs, and deal records
+ Prepare and process documents for electronic signature (Docusign)
+ Track deal flow, critical dates, and maintain CRM databases
+ Coordinate with research teams for market surveys and leverage internal tools for sourcing opportunities
+ Support client reporting and ensure compliance with FINTRAC and other regulatory requirements
+ Interface with sales professionals, researchers and clients regarding administrative and marketing requirements and to gather necessary data.
+ Ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of marketing materials
+ Responsible for all administrative and marketing tasks involving the professional
+ Assist with marketing campaigns, prepare property brochures, and distribute materials
+ Maintain a positive, proactive presence as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Executive Assistant Functions:
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, tours, and coordinate travel arrangements for team leaders
+ Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
+ Handle confidential communications, screen calls, and route correspondence
+ Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
+ Support expense tracking and invoice processing
+ Keep the sales professional and team organized, and arrange meetings, presentations and functions, as required
+ Suggest process improvements and contribute to team efficiency
+ Adapt to changing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for in a Sales Support Coordinator
+ Ability to work independently with little supervision
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
+ Individual should be organized, highly motivated, and have the ability to take initiative
+ Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
+ Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
+ Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and document management tools
+ University or College education preferred

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $60,000-65,000 annually, depending on experience.
