**Position Overview**
**We are looking specifically for current students at the University of Michigan to join our sales team as a Customer Support Representative I** . As a Customer Support Representative I, you will play an important role on our sales team, supporting customers such as the University of Michigan. This position offers valuable exposure to business operations, customer service, and sales support, along with opportunities for networking and professional growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support the sales team and Senior Sales Representatives in servicing customer accounts.
+ Assist with customer interactions, order support, and marketing initiatives.
+ Learn and follow daily routines and procedures to provide exceptional support.
+ Help customers resolve inquiries related to lab products, instruments, and life science essentials.
+ Collaborate within cross-functional groups, working both independently and as part of a team.
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Currently enrolled at the University of Michigan in a bachelor’s or master’s program (required)** **.**
+ Must be Located in Indiana
+ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
+ Prior experience in customer service or sales environments preferred.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with precision.
+ Strong motivation to develop a career in science or sales.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
+ Willingness to learn, accept mentorship, and grow professionally.
