This job is part of the Sales Operations function. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives. What You’ll Do: + Develop and refine creative marketing materials, including drafts, samples, and property packages, based on client and team feedback. + Manage the creation and production of marketing materials, including layout, editing, and pre-press preparation for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. This includes checking fonts, links, colors, imposing art, and preparing files for print production. + Collaborate with clients, managers, and project participants to understand project requirements, messaging, and layouts. + Create and maintain local templated websites, team profiles, property profiles, and other digital content. + Manage marketing production timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. + Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and process Broker’s commission payments, and expenses. + Coordinate sophisticated meetings and events, schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting room reservations. + Update and maintain various information databases. + Verify client library files are up to date. + Build relationships with external vendors. Research, compare pricing, and recommend new partnerships. + Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications. + Respond to common questions or complaints. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. + Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required. + Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear and concise communication. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the this position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
