\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Sales Support Assistant plays a key role by providing essential support to the Commercial Sales team and our customers. This position manages a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including vetting and creating new customer accounts in our ERP system and Salesforce, triaging email inboxes, delegating incoming requests, processing inquiry cases in Salesforce, reviewing and completing customer/vendor forms and customer questionnaires. The role also includes collaboration with multiple departments and occasional backup for the Receptionist and Mail Clerk.\n\nDay to Day:\n•\tManage Salesforce Inquiry Case queue for tasks such as new account setup, ERP account migrations, and customer account updates.\n•\tTriage department email inboxes, ensuring all messages are reviewed and delegated within 24 hours.\n•\tRefer complex inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments.\n•\tAssist with distributor onboarding and e-commerce account maintenance.\n•\tProvide backup support for Receptionist and Mail Clerk as needed.\n•\tCoordinate completion of customer forms and documents, working with Legal, Finance, and Quality teams.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
