Administrative Support Specialist – Sales & Service Team
A growing team is looking for a versatile Administrative Support Specialist to assist with sales operations, customer service, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to both customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
+ Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person visits
+ Prepare and manage documentation including quotes, invoices, and shipping forms
+ Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding order status and follow-ups
+ Input and track leads in the CRM system and ensure proper handoff to sales staff
+ Coordinate service schedules and rebuild projects in collaboration with the service team
+ Process returns and manage payment transactions
+ Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to purchasing
+ Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment and updates on backorders
+ Provide cross-functional support to other departments when needed
What You Bring:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum of one year in a customer-facing or administrative role; agricultural experience is a bonus
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Familiarity with Office 365 and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
+ Comfortable adapting to change and working with a variety of customer profiles
+ Background or interest in agriculture is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
