The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for supporting sales operations through the execution of commercial and administrative routines, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of sales data and processes. This role plays a key part in order processing, customer and vendor registration, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that support informed decision-making and business performance.
This position reports to the Sales Support Manager and is part of the Sales Operations located in São Paulo/Capital - SP and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
+ Execute and support commercial and administrative routines, including processing purchase and sales orders in SAP, supporting internal and external customers throughout pre and post-sales activities.
+ Ensure accuracy and compliance of sales data and documentation by analyzing sales reports, managing customer and supplier registrations, validating documentation, and resolving pricing discrepancies prior to invoicing.
+ Support sales performance and operational continuity by monitoring KPIs, maintaining reliable system data, generating standard and ad hoc reports, and contributing to management reporting and process improvements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
+ Experience: Proven experience in administrative or commercial routines, including order processing and sales support activities. Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP, for sales order management and reporting.
+ Language: Fluent Portuguese and Intermediate English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (advanced excel and Power BI) tools to support sales teams with data analysis, reports, and performance indicators.
+ Continuous improvement initiatives in sales administration or commercial processes.
