This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
You will be accountable for Sales of UPS and battery systems in the Electrification business area, Smart Power UPS division in Switzerland in the region Ticino and increase sales volumes and margins.
In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business area, Smart Power UPS division in Switzerland in the Region Ticino.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Independent sales activities with new and existing customers in the Swiss market in accordance with agreed, targeted budget targets. Additionally you will be responsible for structuring and development of the sales area (region Ticino), e.g. through intensive market observation and initiation of appropriate sales activities
Creation of technical UPS concepts and preparation of complete customer quotations for new systems
Managing existing customers throughout the entire life cycle, including preparation of quotations for battery and component replacement as well as maintenance contracts. Furthermore you will be establishing, maintaining and strategically developing customer relationships
Lead in project tenders and project negotiations. Additionally you will be giving technical and commercial presentations to customers and electrical consultants

Qualifications for the role
At least three years of professional experience in sales
Basic training in electrical engineering with experience in the field of power systems for critical infrastructure
Proven skills in building and maintaining customer relationships
A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working with very good written and oral communication skills
Languages Italian and German, advantageous: English or French
Category B driving license, which is valid in Switzerland
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM Tool Salesforce
