**The Position**
Roche Diagnostics Spain has begun a strategic reflection exercise that will lead us to design our roadmap for the next 3-5 years based on the principles of collective leadership, ambition and impact that characterize us as a company with the aim to continue creating sustainable growth, always keeping our customers at the heart of what we do and leveraging the framework defined by our global strategy.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how our solutions can address their challenges.
The Sales Specialist is tasked with achieving and exceeding annual goals, contributing to the maintenance and expansion of the product portfolio under their area of responsibility with their assigned clients, both current and potential.
Drive business success, based on product innovation and the promotion of process and workflow efficiency.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ Strategic Sales and Account Management: Proactively conduct consultative sales based on a deep understanding of Roche Diagnostics' portfolio. Analyze the client's current situation to strategically position the solutions. Design and lead strategic account plans in collaboration with key internal stakeholders. Monitor competitor activity and products.
+ Client Relationship and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (including laboratory, economic, and management areas) in both current and potential accounts. Be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle and satisfaction level. Identify client needs and challenges to design and propose differentiated solutions that ensure operational profitability.
+ Tender and Offer Preparation: Actively participate in preparing all necessary documentation for public tenders and commercial offers for assigned solution lines.
+ Project and Implementation Management: Manage high-value healthcare projects in the North area (Asturias and Galicia), coordinating with all internal interlocutors. Ensure that contracted equipment and reagents function perfectly after contract signing, acting as the client liaison and collaborating closely with internal teams.
+ Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop a deep knowledge of the product portfolio. Effectively communicate the differentiating features, benefits, and applications to potential clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the solutions, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the offerings.
+ Strategy Implementation and Performance: Implement defined activities and strategies to achieve annual objectives, gain market share, and meet strategic KPIs.

+ Strategic and Business Acumen: Demonstrated strategic capability, coupled with strong technical and business expertise, enabling effective decision-making.
+ Agile Project Management and Process Optimization: Significant experience and strong expertise in agile project management, process optimization, and applying design methodologies to business processes.
+ Leadership and Influence: Ability to inspire, influence, and mobilize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and bringing people together to work towards a common purpose. Strong facilitation, moderation skills, and an aptitude for conflict mitigation are highly desirable.
+ Communication and Change Management: Effective communication, training skills, and proficiency in managing organizational change.
+ Results Orientation and Adaptability: A flexible and self-managed approach with a focus on prioritizing work efficiently to achieve desired results.
**Your Profile:**
+ Fluent in both: English and Spanish is essential.
+ Location in Galicia.
+ Open to travel around 20% of the time, and availability to travel.
+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consultative sales in the commercial field within the Health Sector or similar.
+ Degree in Health Sciences or similar.
+ Knowledge of Health Administration and public tenders/bids.
+ Knowledge of office automation tools and CRM solutions for commercial management.
+ Organized, proactive, analytical person, with communication skills and adaptability in a constantly changing sector.
+ Person accustomed to working by objectives and projects.
In close collaboration with the different stakeholders of the organization, the Sales Specialist will ensure the overall consistency of the organizational strategy and advice on decision making as well as the continuous improvement of agile ways of working in Roche Diagnostics Spain.
