Roles and Responsibilities

Originates and closes financial transactions with new, existing and former customers within an assigned target market to develop new business, and retain and penetrate existing business.Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline. Developing knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Required Qualifications

This role requires basic experience in the Sales & Parts Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in sales & Parts Sales)

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $48,000.00-$72,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
