How You Will Contribute

As our Sales Revenue Planning Manager, you will be the architect behind our sales results, leading a dedicated team within the broader Sales function. Reporting directly to the Country Lead Norway, you will be instrumental in bridging strategy with execution, ensuring we hit our volume and revenue targets.

Your key contributions will include:

Leading Strategic Planning: Spearheading the transition to advanced Revenue Management in Norway, providing strategic direction to the Sales team with a focus on price, promotion effectiveness, and optimal customer/product mix.Driving Forecasting & Planning: Owning the end-to-end sales forecasting and planning process (both volume and revenue). Developing robust sales plans that inform demand planning and coordinating overall category sales performance across the customer base.Optimizing Trade Investment: Developing and executing our trade investment strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders to set cost prices and promotional mechanics that deliver maximum return on investment and improve ROI.Identifying Growth Opportunities: Pinpointing and capitalizing on strategic channel and customer growth opportunities (e.g., special packs, investment), translating customer plans into actionable targets, and optimizing customer and product mix.Managing Performance & Evaluation: Building, managing, and tracking our trade spend budget to deliver volume, revenue, and RPT KPIs. Leading post-promotion evaluations and performance tracking of "Big Bets" to shape future category plans and trade strategy.Fostering Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly with various departments to achieve Norway's volume and revenue goals, driving alignment and execution excellence, including ownership of the CUDR process.Empowering Your Team: Supporting and guiding Account Managers in designing and delivering effective activity programs for customers, aligned with MDLZ category priorities, and identifying opportunities and risks in forecast surgeries.
