Lead execution of dcom plans and activation calendar.Collaborate with marketing counterparts to shape the plans and activation elementsThorough tracking of Flywheel KPIs and propose action plan for improvement Lead the post event review with key takeaways and future reflectionsSupport on new customers set up for agency tracking Cyclical budget tracking and spend process adherenceTrack competitive environment and activations
