Position Summary

This roles primary job is establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. This role has high accountability as you implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness. Self-motivation and accountability by applying your competitive yet collaborative approach, ability to connect with referral sources and clients.


Position Specific Responsibilities

Thrives in a goal-oriented environment, gets energized from driving results and likes being accountable and holding others accountable.Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Home Care processes, approaches, marketing, and outcomes.Collaborative team player/Competitive spirit.Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.Meet personal and team sales targets.Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and client perceptions of Providence Home Care as a high-quality provider of services.Provides insight in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address unmet customer needs.Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate agency personnel.Develop non-skilled care plans for new clients.Performs other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience

Required - 1 year In Strategic Sales or Marketing.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.Other Skills and Abilities: Expert communication skills.Computer Skills: Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel applications.Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.See policy for additional information.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually. This role offers the opportunity to earn incentives/bonuses.


Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
