Dein Ehrgeiz hilft dir, die KPIs im Außendienst sowie deine jährlichen Zielvorgaben zu erfüllen. **Dein Beitrag** Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: + Prioritätenfestlegung der aktuellen Vermarktungsmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Aktions-/Talon-/Promotion-Umsetzung sowie Saisonvorverkauf und Zweitplatzierung mit dem Ziel, die definierten Vorgaben zu realisieren. + Umsetzung der Distribution gelisteter Produkte und Neuprodukt Distribution. + Vereinbarung und Umsetzung von Regaloptimierungen im Rahmen von Mondelez definierten „Perfect Store“ Leitfäden. + Effektive Tourenplanung und Vorbereitung der Kundenbesuche + Insights- und argumentationsbasiertes Führen von Verkaufsgesprächen zur Erreichung der Absatz- und Umsatzziele, einschließlich Umsetzen und Besuchsnachbereitung der abgesprochenen Maßnahmen bei den betreuten Kunden. + Effektiver Einsatz der zur Verfügung stehenden Budgets z.B.
