**Role Definition**
The Large Electric Power Territory Manager is an exciting role that is at the forefront of working with our dealers on Sales Execution and Dealer Capability to become our customers No.1 choice for our Diesel Standby Products and Services. In this role you will specifically be responsible and accountable for 5-6 dealers to deliver the following: 1) Achieve annual ABP, and our 2030 growth targets 2) Enable our aftermarket growth via CVA at Point of Sale 3) Support Dealer and Customer Training Requirements 4) Manage dealer sales pipeline via Sales Force 5) Support Dealer Capabilities Improvement initiatives.
**What You Will Do**
+ Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
+ Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
+ Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.
+ Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
