SUMMARY OF POSITION:

 

Following the Company’s directions / initiatives and in alignment with the Company’s Sales and Marketing Strategies, coordinating marketing promotional activities, following sales plans, and building and developing long-term customer relationships in different channels (Hospital, Dealers & Shop Retailers etc.) to achieve Company’s Clinical sales targets in your responsible areas.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and execute sales strategies to optimize time investment and territory/ segment coverage. Foster relationships with existing and potential clients, facilitating sales through a personalized approach. Showcase our products and services to clients, both in-person and via phone, guiding them to select solutions tailored to their requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services to streamline sales efforts. Conduct thorough analyses of market potential and client value, strategizing to maximize returns. Craft compelling proposals and quotations to address client needs and preferences. Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conventions to showcase our offerings and network with stakeholders. Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Leverage insights to highlight the advantages of our products/services compared to competitors. Provide comprehensive reports to management on client feedback, market trends, and potential opportunities for new products/services. Stay updated on product applications, technical advancements, market dynamics, and competitor activities through continuous learning and collaboration with relevant departments. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization. Willingness to travel as needed.

 

Reporting and Analysis

Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area. Record all sales activities and market intelligence within relevant reports on daily basis. Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.

 

Product and Procedure Knowledge

Via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research, ensure ongoing currency of product knowledge, sales skills, and internal systems and processes.  Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements.  Building and protecting Dentsply’s brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity’.

 

Other activities

Work closely with Marketing Team to coordinate set-up and host tradeshow/ exhibit/ seminars/ clinical meetings assigned to build product demand. Coordinate and organize meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand. Processes customer orders and provides account service to assigned and prospective customers. Performs other related duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Science or a related field.

 

Experience

Minimum 3 years of solution sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device field. Ability to relate technical/clinical information to non-technical customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Can communicate well in English, Thai Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools as required. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

 

Specific Knowledge /skills

Fluency in English (Business communication level) Good team player, reliable and disciplined Highly self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills High Negotiation and Presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft office is a Must Highly presentation technique skill
