Your role and responsibilities

 

For the Sales & Marketing organizational unit of the Electrification division, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Representative for the OEM segment.
In this role, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for taking care of customers in the assigned region of the Czech Republic and for actively generating demand for our products.

 

The work model for the role is: hybrid

 

This role is contributing to the Marketing & Sales team.

 

You will be mainly accountable for:

Care for existing OEM customers in the assigned region

Identifying new business opportunities with machine and equipment manufacturers

Monitoring market competition, tracking trends, and contributing to the development and implementation of the regional sales strategy

Providing marketing support to customers

Participating in trade fairs and exhibition events

Training customers on new products and organizing seminars

Building a strong brand reputation leading to increased sales

 

Qualifications for the role

Secondary or university education in electrical engineering

Experience in sales of electrical installation materials

Experience in selling to machine and equipment manufacturers is an advantage

Independence, strong commercial mindset, proactive approach, customer and results orientation

Professional appearance and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Knowledge of English is an advantage

Driving licence category B

Fluency in Czech language

 

Work location: Ústecký, Karlovarský, Plzeňský, Jihočeský, Středočeský region, Praha
