Job Title: Sales RepresentativeJob Description

This role combines sales, customer service, and order management to deliver quality produce and exceptional service to existing accounts while driving new customers and growth.

ResponsibilitiesSeek out sales leads and identify new business opportunities.Assist customers with orders via phone, email, and in person.Enter and process sales orders accurately.Provide friendly, professional customer support and resolve inquiries.Manage accounts and conduct outreach.Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy.Essential SkillsProven sales experience, particularly in cold calling.Strong customer service skills.Experience in business development and account management.Ability to handle both inside and outside sales.Proficiency in sales support and making outbound calls.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustry experience required, particularly in selling products to restaurants, colleges, nursing homes, and kitchens.At least 1 year of relevant experience.Proactive and optimistic approach.Outstanding customer service skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves being on the road to meet customers, with mileage reimbursement provided. There is some flexibility to work from the road as long as tasks are completed. The shift starts between 6-7am, with flexibility for personal commitments, working 8 hours from the start time.
