Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with clients, proactively addressing their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will use company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale. Your role will also involve serving as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Additionally, you will utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial properties.Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion or structural damage that may require excavation or line replacement.Present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels and determine the extent of damage.Assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary.

Essential Skills

Outside sales experience.Minimum of 2 years in customer interfacing sales.Self-motivated and eager.Customer service oriented.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Sales experience with progressive success, aiming for at least 3 years.Open to flexibility to work nights and weekends.Financially motivated with an ambitious attitude.Ability to take ownership and self-accountability.Strong hunting skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.No educational requirements.

Work Environment

The roles are internally referred to as Field Supervisors for the Water Restoration and Excavation teams. The branch consists of 100-110 people, with a current team of 5 for Water Restoration. The market covers a wide territory, including Mt. Vernon/Arlington to Rochester and the Peninsula to the Hood Canal Bridge. Candidates may need to come into the office twice a week for paperwork and team meetings, and during training, they must meet the trainer at the office. The role requires open availability to work nights and weekends, with flexibility from 7:30 am to 11:59 pm, 7 days a week. Training typically spans 4-6 weeks. Candidates must use their own car, with mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile, paid weekly. The company offers uncapped commission opportunities and rewards such as a travel voucher for achieving sales targets.
