We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative focused on growing our commercial business. The role involves engaging in business-to-business (B2B) sales, primarily targeting commercial clients such as apartments, hotels, complexes with landlords, and restaurants. You will be responsible for walking into commercial businesses, knocking on doors, and building a robust book of clients. This is a field-based role, and the ideal candidate will be eager to learn plumbing basics and adeptly articulate our services to commercial businesses. Understanding when to involve Field Supervisors for specific jobs is crucial.
Responsibilities
+ Engage in door-to-door B2B sales focusing on commercial clients, such as apartments, hotels, and restaurants.
+ Promote and sell our brand for water and plumbing damage/emergencies to commercial entities.
+ Run a camera and perform preliminary digs, recognizing when to involve the Water Restoration/Excavation team.
+ Utilize prospecting tools and follow up on leads, reviewing weekly reports about client services and spending.
+ Focus on brand awareness to ensure companies choose our services over competitors.
+ Navigate through the city and effectively interact with diverse business professionals, including CEOs and COOs.
+ Follow up with customers diligently to maintain and grow client relationships.
Essential Skills
+ 6 months to 1 year of face-to-face sales experience, preferably in cold sales.
+ Willingness to learn and understand plumbing basics.
+ Ability to navigate the city comfortably and engage in door-to-door sales.
+ Eagerness and motivation to excel in sales.
+ Capability to follow up with customers effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required.
+ No educational requirements.
Work Environment
This role is primarily field-based, with the Sales Representative being part of the Commercialization team and collaborating with Water Restoration and Excavation teams. The position requires flexibility, as the schedule involves mid-shifts to accommodate business hours. Training is provided, typically lasting 4-6 weeks. The compensation structure includes uncapped commission, and the Diamond Club offers a travel voucher for outstanding sales performance. Mileage reimbursement is available, and various prospecting tools and support from the National Accounts team are provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
