We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence. This newly created position focuses on aggressively seeking new products and markets while attracting potential customers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our services and capabilities across new industries, with a primary focus on growing the Midwest market and neighboring states.
ResponsibilitiesActively engage with potential customers to promote our services and capabilities, often through face-to-face interaction.Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed agreed-upon goals, including identifying target markets.Maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and capabilities.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals.Submit regular monthly sales reports detailing performance metrics, open projects, and sales activities.Provide excellent customer service during the onboarding and transition of customers.Collaborate with business partners to ensure service offerings and products are approved and routed within established procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.Ability to analyze proposals and effectively present information.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with non-direct reports.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in sales, account management, and cold calling.Work EnvironmentThis role requires onsite presence at our Terre Haute facility, with travel expected to meet prospective clients in neighboring states. The position offers a bonus program tied to reviews and covers all mileage and expenses incurred in the role. We provide excellent benefits to support our employees.
