Sales Representative
Job Description • Drive sales for the roofing service division • Perform inspections and assessments of commercial roofs • Develop and deliver service proposals, maintenance programs, and repair scopes • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications • Communicate effectively with clients to provide product information, timelines, and recommendations • Support and contribute to immediate and long-term revenue goals • Oversee scheduling, data collection, inspections, and proposal generation • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure operational alignment • Foster strong customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service delivery • Mentor and guide team members to promote growth and performance • Implement efficient structures to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and increase profitability • Provide accurate projections and performance reports to upper management We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Proven experience in commercial roofing (minimum of 3 years preferred) • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair techniques • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to resolve conflicts professionally • Proficiency in client and internal communications • OSHA 10: Understanding of OSHA safety requirements • This role requires approximately 20% field work and 80% office-based responsibilities, subject to project needs. A valid driver's license is required
