Purpose of the job: Visit potential customers of Eastern Hungary area and provide them with individual and group medication information.
Main responsibilities:
Performing everyday activities ethically, in accordance with the regulations of the job (compliance with external rules, internal guidelines)Presentation of the company's products to the healthcare professionals visited (information on medicines and/or medical devices)Implementation of the specific activities and programs of the marketing plan from the sales sideUse of print and digital materials prepared by marketing as expected during the presentationTo find and segment the customer base who can recommend or prescribe the company's products in the treatment of patients who meet the indications of the given drug (targeting & segmentation)Planning the framework of the sales process tailored to the individual area and the implementation of the goals set at all times (the following list is not exhaustive, may be different from time to time, e.g. SPP, call/day, reach, frequency, IVA use, VAE sending, segmentation, planning and closing calls, performance indicators related to events, NBE suggestions)Regular and continuous analysis of regional data, using Tableau and Account dashboard, as well as preparation of other area-specific analyses, elaboration of action plansPlanning of work (preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual plans) and documentation of them with the prescribed frequencyManaging and documenting the budget set for the individual, observing the specified limitsLiaising with other functional units (marketing, finance, compliance, market research, medical department, etc.)Acquiring and maintaining the high-quality professional knowledge (medicine, therapeutic field, other professional knowledge) necessary for workAd-hoc participation in projectsCongress stand activity according to expectationsRequired education, training, professional experience:
Higher education in health care (medical, pharmaceutical or other health care)Oncology, hematology and other specialty care experience is advantageRequired skills:
