As a Sales Representative for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, your primary responsibility is to drive profitable revenue growth via outbound calling activities to new and existing customers within a designated territory. You will be accountable for growing share of wallet with existing clients by increasing product attachment rates and by acquiring net new customers. Additionally, you will learn and become knowledgeable of Wolters Kluwer’s comprehensive product line including tax preparation software, practice management software and research solutions. You will report to the Manager, Inside Sales – Tax & Accounting North America, Canada. Additional job responsibilities are outlined below:
What You'll Be Doing
Meet/exceed monthly sales quotasDevelop and execute a territory sales plan for an assigned list of accounts within a designated territory to grow revenuesBuild and maintain a sales pipeline that will support on-going achievement of sales targetsMeet activity standard KPI’s for weekly number of dials, customer contacts and opportunity creationMonitor weekly progress against targets using assigned Salesforce.com reports and dashboardsProvide monthly and quarterly forecasts for the assigned territoryLearn and execute the Wolters Kluwer sales methodology that incorporates the “GREAT” sales processFollow-up on marketing qualified leads from go to market campaignsDevelop and maintain strong knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products and servicesMaintain extensive product knowledge and ability to discuss product functionality, product technology and counter objections regarding competitive solutionsAll other duties as assigned by managerYou're a great fit if you have
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field; Or if no degree, equivalent years’ of relevant work experience
Minimum Experience:
2 or more years of successful B2B/B2C/B2G inside sales, business/sales development or account management experienceA proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targetsProficiency with salesforce.com or other comparable CRM toolsPreferred Experience:
Experience selling software/SaaS or cloud technology solutionsTax & Accounting industry knowledge or work experience in a relevant work environmentBilingual French/English language fluency (Native or professional business level)Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Certifications:

Compensation$50,100.00 - $76,350.00 CAD
This role is eligible for Commission.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
