Join Caterpillar’s Customer Solutions Core Regions Division as a Construction Technology Sales Representative, driving the 2026 Core Region Technology Strategy for Canada dealers.
Technology solutions are now a key part of making operations safer and more productive, and we aim to be the customer’s leading partner in this journey.
In this role, you will lead dealer engagement and customer relationships to accelerate adoption of Caterpillar’s Construction Industries (CI) technology solutions across two dealers in the Canada District. This is a field-based role for an experienced individual passionate about influencing change, driving technology-enabled growth, and delivering strong business results.
Our CI technology portfolio includes, but is not limited to: Cat Grade (grade control), VisionLink (equipment management & productivity), CAT Command (remote control machines), and Detect (safety solutions).
What You’ll Do
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with dealers and customers to foster trust and collaboration.
Serve as the primary advisor and change leader, helping dealers design and execute their technology growth strategy.
Drive sales execution with dealers to achieve and exceed growth targets across Caterpillar’s technology portfolio.
Partner with dealers to identify opportunities, coach teams, and influence decision-making to maximize technology integration.
Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to dealer leadership to accelerate adoption.
Provide insights and feedback to shape Caterpillar’s go-to-market strategy for technology products.
Goals
Achieve high dealer engagement and customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.
Deliver measurable business growth by meeting and surpassing sales targets for technology solutions.
Drive adoption of Caterpillar’s technology portfolio, including Fleet Management, Productivity, CAT Command, and safety solutions.
Influence dealer processes and behaviors to embed technology as a core part of their business model.
Travel: 50%+ within Canada and the U.S.

Summary Pay Range:
$108,400.00 - $135,500.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
