Sales Reporting Analyst

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Brief Description of the Position: Primarily responsible for compiling and drawing insights from data. Tasks may include gathering, recording, detecting patterns and insights, reporting, and developing solutions based on data within their domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Simplify data-related processes for the organization with brand and sales input.
Provide operational support for trade marketing.
Develop new reporting dashboards connecting Datahub, Retail X, and Veeva for deeper business analysis.
Creation and deployment of an innovation sales fundamentals dashboard for tracking and analysis.
Lead and support medical detailing data analysis.
Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business.
Support the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:Proficiency in technical office tools and software applications.
Experience with tools such as Knime and Power BI.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Familiarity with data management systems like Datahub, Retail X, and Veeva.
Soft Skills:
Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Effective communication abilities.
Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
