**Overview** **Drive Talent. Build Teams. Elevate Care.** We are seeking an experienced Hospice Sales Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our hospice division by leading the front-end of the full-cycle recruitment process. You will own all recruiting activities within your assigned territory, managing 15–20 openings and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders to deliver top sales talent. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15–20 sales openings within an assigned region. + Lead intake calls with hiring managers to align on role expectations and interview strategy. + Create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including cold calling, text/email blasts, database mining, direct mail, and networking. + Screen and interview candidates, documenting insights in the ATS and submitting qualified applicants for review. + Coordinate interviews, deliver candidate feedback, and partner on offer negotiations. + Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and regional leaders. + Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment effectiveness. + Maintain applicant tracking and compliance documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). **This is a work from home position.
