Key Performance Areas
About the Role:
Support our growing sales organization in the complete sales process from order to cash. Engage with customers via phone, email, and/or video calls to understand their needs and communicate those needs/requirements to our internal stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of sales in local CRM/ERP/Accounting systems.
Support the Sales Director in the full sales process from order to cash:Create customer quotationsCreate/send order confirmations and delivery notesCreate/send customer invoicesPrepare reporting and performance analysis on customersInventory management and stock control for finished productWork with business controlling to monitor accounts and support A/R processEnsuring compliance with local legislation and Sandvik processes is your priorityEnsure optimization of in-country logistics and transportation cycle timesActive contributions to achieving organizational goalsProvide market & customer feedback to various stakeholders as requiredMonitor customer accounts, ensure adherence to credit limits and payment termsSupport establishment of standard process & procedures and keep them up to dateWork closely with US and International sales team to mitigate supply chain riskLimited travel within the US for customer visits and trade showsEducation / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or communications OR equivalent work experiencePrior sales experience where new business development has been the focusStrong technical background to understand our powder products and applicationsExperience with SAP Sales & Distribution preferredExperience with shipping & logistics preferredStrong computer skills in office technology (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)Must be able to read, write and speak English fluentlyBenefits:

Pay/Hours
Pay is dependent on experience with starting pay 80k to 95kNormal Working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with other hours as needed.How to Apply:
