Role and Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
The Sales PMO is a centralized function responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and operational excellence across Sales programs and initiatives. This role partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure priorities are well-defined, execution is disciplined, and teams are set up to succeed. We are looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented PMO, who brings strong program management experience, sound judgment, and a thoughtful approach to cross-functional partnership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, values clear communication, and approaches challenges with curiosity and good intent. Candidates must possess a robust understanding of sales processes, project management methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in PMO roles, consultancy or sales program management is a plus. The Sales PMO will report directly to the Director of Sales Programs and be based in the NYC office.
Specific responsibilities include:
Own and evolve project management frameworks that support scalable sales programs.
Define and drive end-to-end execution for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to align priorities, roles, and timelines.
Establish clear governance, workflows, and decision-making structures (ex. RACIs).
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and consistency.
Translate complex initiatives into clear plans and executive-ready communications.
Track program performance, and surface recommendations to leadership.
Foster strong cross-functional relationship with Product & Engineering teams, grounded in trust and shared goals.
Handle sensitive information and discretion and sound judgment.
Analyze sales program performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or sales operations within enterprise or matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of sales methodologies, project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and industry trends.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills to build business cases and drive strategic decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Experience in sales-driven organizations, consulting, and AdTech environments is a plus.
