**About the Role** As a Sales Performance Management Application Developer on the Sales Automation Engineering team, you will serve as the bridge between technical implementation and strategic sales operations. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, designing, building, testing, deploying, and providing post-production support on complex, high-impact cross-functional systems. Experience working with and building applications/models in commercial-grade enterprise sales planning platforms (specifically Pigment, Anaplan, or Jedox). 2. Strong communication and teamwork skills to bridge the gap between engineering and business stakeholders. 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex calculation logic. ---- Preferred Qualifications ---- 1. **Scripting & Languages:** Proficiency in SQL, Python, and TypeScript. 2. **AI-Assisted Development:** Experience utilizing Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development velocity. 3. **Integration:** Experience with REST API integrations. 4. **Orchestration:** Familiarity with tools such as Apache Airflow. For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$138,000 per year - USD$153,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$153,000 per year - USD$170,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$153,000 per year - USD$170,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$153,000 per year - USD$170,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$153,000 per year - USD$170,000 per year.
