Your new role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our sales administrative operations, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery. This role combines strategic coordination with hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing the complete billing and sales administration process for institutional customers. Coordinating the administrative preparation of tenders. Administering credit notes, returns, and commercial conditions while maintaining pricing accuracy across all transactions. Executing and supervising order entry in SAP, monitoring delivery deadlines to ensure patients receive treatments on time Collaborating closely with Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving back-office needs autonomously. Generating sales reports and administrative analyses to support commercial management decision-making Driving implementation of projects within the area and executing internal controls at month-end closing

 

Your new department

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, you'll join the Accounts Receivable & Customer Service department—a dedicated team supporting sales activities and ensuring operational excellence. We work in close partnership with commercial teams and various departments across the organization to deliver exceptional service to our institutional customers. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process leadership.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and brings both technical expertise and a proactive mindset.

You'll need to have:

2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales support roles within the pharmaceutical industry Intermediate English proficiency Knowledge of sales management systems (ideally SAP, though experience with other systems is acceptable) Completed university degree Strong proactive approach to continuous improvement with autonomy in decision-making and process leadership Ability to manage multiple variables simultaneously with agility and strong task-tracking capabilities Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
