Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Sales Operations Associate to join a fast‑growing firm. This role blends CRM management, reporting, data analysis, and strategic outreach to support business development and client engagement. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, and the position follows a hybrid schedule of three days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) and two remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce data, outreach lists, reporting, and overall CRM structure for the Sales Operations teamAnalyze outreach performance, produce weekly reports, and evaluate campaign effectivenessDesign and execute sales outreach cadences, A/B tests, and engagement strategiesConduct LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator research to build prospect lists and support lead generationCoordinate outreach to associations and industry groups, and maintain a pipeline of events and conferencesSupport account assignments, forecasting, and historical data analysis

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, business development, or related rolesBachelor's degree requiredSalesforce proficiency required; strong Excel skills essentialExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong multitasking and organizational ability with attention to detailConfident, outgoing, and proactive; comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Compensation/Benefits:
